Willow Lane is our community based residential facility (CBRF) dedicated to nurturing independent lifestyles in a safe and secure environment. Our CBRF is licensed by the State of Wisconsin. We emphasize a full and life-enriching experience, providing a group living situation in a household style setting, where residents can make new friends in a community of people with similar hobbies and interests.

Where Compassionate Care and Independence Intersect

At Willow Lane, we strive to maintain personal independence through supportive caregiving services and brain-stimulating programs to ensure a sense of direction for every resident. This specialized approach helps individuals succeed in maintaining their ability to do activities of daily life. In the event one of our residents needs long-term skilled nursing care, they will receive priority admission status to Maple Creek or Oak Drive as appropriate.

 

We provide personal laundry service, a barber/salon, interdenominational services, postal service, comfortable sitting areas, and many other conveniences all under one roof. Additionally, we provide fine dining, housekeeping, linen services, a variety of physical and life enriching activities, social services, and maintenance.

  • 410 square foot apartment
  • Single, private room and bathroom with walk-in shower

  • Separate, unfurnished living and sleeping spaces
  • Kitchenette with sink, countertop, and ample cabinet storage
    • Residents are welcome to bring a microwave, Keurig-type coffee maker, and/or mini refrigerator
  • Extended cable and music channels included
  • Phone hook-ups available through AT&T
  • Individually controlled heat and air conditioning
  • Ample call lights (4 per apartment)

We love food and we believe our residents should eat what they like. Our cycling menu rotation offers different lunch and dinner entrée choices for 4 weeks before seeing any repeats. We pride ourselves on ever-changing and seasonal menus. Residents enjoy seeing a number of items made to order as they arrive in the dining room. Not having to do any dishes is just the icing on the cake. Our residents come for the care, and stay for the food.

    • No concentrated sweets

    • Low fat/low cholesterol

We are licensed to accommodate a number of couples within Willow Lane assisted living. These people reside in the same 410-square foot apartment and enjoy a reduced rate exclusive for couples.

We are happy to offer in-facility physician visits from the following providers:

  • Health Drive: optometrist, audiologist, dentist, podiatrist
  • MobileX: x-rays
  • In house EKG and bladder scanner
