With End of Life (EOL) Services at Sheboygan Senior Community (SSC), your loved one will continue to receive care from the trusted team of nurses, CNAs, dietary aides, and support staff they have grown to know and love. During this transition, our team provides an enhanced level of compassion, presence, and support.
Our program goes beyond nursing care. We focus on creating the meaningful moments and providing life enriching support through mementos, companionship, entertainment, and honoring special requests that bring comfort and joy to your loved one and family.
We are confident that your loved one will be surrounded by love and compassion with end of life services at SSC.
Our End of Life Program provides specialized attention within the comfort of our community.
Keeping the service inhouse allows for our EOL team to provide the best care and needs because of the relationships we have established.
The cost of medications and equipment to ensure comfort are covered by SSC. No need for any external contracts.
Providing a full range of health care and support services a person may need over time.
No additional cost or hidden fees with our EOL care.

My favorite thing about Sheboygan County is that it is big and dynamic enough to have great quality of life (restaurants, entertainment, parks, etc) but still feels like a small town where everyone knows and looks out for each other.
