OUR MISSION

Sheboygan Senior Community is dedicated to providing compassionate care promoting dignity, safety, and comfort in a faith-based community.

WHAT WE DO

SSC is a full continuum of care offering assisted living, skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, respite, and end-of-life care. We have a resident-centered philosophy and are blessed to have the best caregivers in the business. Our average length of employment across the board, in all departments is 4.5 years! This includes students who we are proud to support in their quest for further education. What’s more, our management team has been in tact since 2018! For all these reasons and more, we are optimistic to grow our campus and continue serving the seniors of Sheboygan County.

Securing our Legacy

We have been around for 60 years, but we think the next 60 are going to be the best yet. We are always looking for new donors and foundations to help us grow to meet the increasing needs of Sheboygan County’s seniors.

Long Term Skilled Nursing

Our primary focus is attending to each resident’s medical, nutritional, social, and spiritual needs. Take comfort knowing our team of highly trained professionals in Maple Creek and Oak Drive look after your loved one like family.

Short Term Rehab

Hickory Hills, our short-term rehabilitation household, provides specialized physical, occupational, and speech therapy in our state-of-the-art gym. Our goal is to get you back on your feet as quickly and safely as possible.

Assisted Living

We emphasize independence and a full and life-enriching experience in Willow Lane Assisted Living. Our hope is that residents make new friends in a community of people with similar hobbies and interests.
