Why Volunteer?

People volunteer for a wide variety of reasons. Some like the feeling of helping others and making seniors feel useful and needed. Some like to share a skill, get to know new people or just do something different than their job.

Whatever your reason may be, just getting out and volunteering is important. Whether you volunteer as a group, a family, with a friend or as an individual, your time will be greatly appreciated. Please contact us to discuss your interest in volunteering at Sheboygan Senior Community.

Hello, We have a 3rd grade girl scout troop in Kohler of 22 students who are interested in volunteering at your center. Ideally, we’d be interested in helping on January 10th during our normal meeting time of 3:30-5:00 but that can be moved if need be. Please let me know what opportunities there are to help.

    Thanks so much!

    Hello,
Im interested learning more about the Volunteering opportunity for the Bingo helpers. Wondering if the position is still available? I have been providing care of client that was at home and passed away in early January and i enjoyed it very much and love the field working with all age groups.
Im enjoy planning games and all variety of activities with all ages.
I look forward to hear from you,

        Hi,
I was wondering if I could get the volunteer service coordinator’s email to talk about some volunteer opportunities I have at the senior community. Thank you!
